Outcome wanted:

I want to figure out how to enable my household water back into the earth in a manner that does not salt or pollute the soil, that naturally bio-degrades, that feeds the planet, my garden and the few wild creatures that pop in once in a while looking for a nibble or a drink, and allows for a clean refilling of the aquifer (Groundwater). I don’t want to contaminate the water beneath the surface in any way so I am going to do this with extra care and armed with knowledge…

Motivating Factors:

  • 1. Someone has to provide water to the other living creatures on our shared planet. Households have heart. We are all earthlings.
  • 2. Damming the water and ensuring it all is ring-fenced for human consumption is selfish, selfish, selfish.
  • 3. …We looked at a house with land between his parents and mine, and found a spot midway between 2 provinces, with a small tributary at its edge and a spring on the property. Fantastic you would think, except the water cannot be used to drink or garden – so filled with chemical pollutants from local farming activities. If you farm to the point of poisoning you and your fellow man’s water…and what about the other earthlings?
