For agile to be successful, we choose change for the sake of becoming better rather than for the sake of being accepted, i.e. Adapting over conforming.
Agile project management is known and heralded for its ability to be changeable. There’s the wrong way and the right way to manage change, and therefore to run a project using agile. Change towards increasing value is agile. Free-wheeling change for the sake of change is actually chaos.
