A Summary View of Agile Project Methodology
- The projects most suitable to agile project methodology are projects where there is a great deal of uncertainty around the topic of the project. We will only know what we need to know as we go through the activities of the project…
- So decisions are made when needed. This means some might be needed upfront, but most will be made along the way when there is better information available for that decision.
- Value is the focus and the outcome of all our actions and decisions.
- Fully optimised teamwork is needed. We have to ensure the team works, enabling opportunities, embracing opportunities, flexibility, maximising value, even asking “what can we do to be better” and improving things.
