Outline for an Agile SPRINT Session
- Sprint Planning Meeting: This occurs before the SPRINT.
- Time-box Period: A very focused period, generally between 1 and 4 weeks.
- Sprint Review Meeting: This occurs after the SPRINT.
Active Roles in a Sprint Session
- Product Owner: The person with the Customer’s view of the value that’s required. The owner of the Product Backlog ( list of desirables and user stories (interpretive)).
- SCRUM MASTER: Champion of Productivity and Performance. Team is performing. Obstacles are removed, moved out of the way. Day to day team management.
- Project Team Members
