History of Sudoku

Leonhard Euler (Swiss) developed the game in 1783. It’s almost funny – the way in which Sudoku was originally depicted “Latin Squares” is the same way I solve the game sometimes (part of my arsenal) – the rows and columns depict every digit from 1 to 9. The sub-grouping inner block visual came later.
