My thoughts : The inverse of each other….

• the primal’s objective function becomes the constraints RHS of the dual’s
• the columns within the primals constraints becomes the constraints stated in rows of the dual’s constraints.
• symmetrical
• the signs become the inverse
• and maximisation becomes minimisation
  • FYI: less than and equal to constraints reflect maximisation, greater than and equal to reflects minimisation…
